Liphapang Monesa | Lesotho
Liphapang Menesa has more than three years of experience in community development. Liphapang is a programs manager at the Christian Council of Lesotho, where he manages and implements initiatives to promote good governance and the safeguarding of human rights and security at the national and local levels. Liphapang has also facilitated a high-level training meeting on conflict management for the principal chiefs, senators, and heads of churches of the council, and has hosted the first intergenerational dialogue on peace at the National University of Lesotho. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Sociology, and is pursuing a masters degree in Development Studies. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Liphapang plans to continue to develop as a leader committed to building conflict-resilient communities that proactively participate in national and local governance and development issues.
